About Us
Our services include safety planning, resource referral, legal help and support groups bringing hope and healing to survivors of domestic abuse. The mission of Hagar’s Sisters is to cultivate the emotional and spiritual healing of individuals and families impacted by intimate partner abuse through education, empowerment, and compassionate community. In the U.S. alone, there are more than 20,000 calls for help placed each day to domestic violence hotlines demonstrating this staggering need. Our program serves hundreds of women each year and to continue this mission we need competent and compassionate staff and volunteers.
