Godman Guild Association is a nonprofit, social service agency formed in 1898 to promote strong families & strong communities in Central Ohio. The Guild’s programs provide a full range of services for both youth & adults, with the ultimate goal of making families strong & self-sufficient. The Guild’s programs for youth focus on academic enrichment and social skill development through after school programming for children ages 5-19, Summer Youth Empowerment Program camps, TEEN after-school programming, and summer teen employment. Programming for adults includes parent education & support activities, adult employment and education services, job readiness, GED classes, and programs to support transitions into post-secondary education. In addition, the Guild owns and operates Camp Mary Orton (CMO). CMO is host to the Leadership and Challenge Center, a full range of ground and high ropes initiatives designed to promote team work and problem solving, as well as a therapeutic Wilderness Bond program.
