    The Peter Cicchino Youth Project at the Urban Justice Center is a legal services, systemic advocacy, and case management project that focuses on the legal needs of homeless and street-involved youth, and specializes in working with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning young people (up through age 24) in New York City and youth who are incarcerated in New York State.
