  • About Us

Our mission is to improve the regional quality of life by providing affordable housing to low income families through coalition, education, counseling, and financial assistance. The Central Virginia Housing Coalition serves the affordable housing needs of low to moderate income individuals and families in Planning District 16. The district encompasses the City of Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, Stafford, King George, and Caroline County. In 1988, the Coalition opened its doors with an all volunteer staff and one program. Today, we are fully staffed and offer several programs geared toward homeownership.
