  • About Us

The Rental Housing Association is a not-for-profit organization made up of independent rental housing providers and businesses that provide services to the rental housing industry. RHA has existed in some form or another since 1935, starting out as a Seattle based association that grew into a statewide resource. Currently made up of more than 5,000 members.

Today’s independent rental housing provider demands new approaches and ideas for keeping abreast of the industry. At the core of RHAWA is a single-minded determination to help rental property owners exceed the expectations of their customers. We want to create momentum. This commitment means we’re never satisfied with the now. Our members rely on us to be ready for tomorrow, today. They rely on us to make progress.
