    The Center was established specifically to treat individuals with low vision, and since its founding, it has been recognized as one of the premiere low vision rehabilitations in the world. Our mission is to help visually impaired people of all ages lead independent and satisfying lives. We do this by enhancing their remaining sight and by providing emotional support and independent living strategies. Our center offers optometric care, the latest in computer and assistive technology, individual and counseling sessions, independent living skills training, orientation and mobility instruction, a low vision store as well as a variety of other services.
