    The ROSA Land Project is a nonprofit program based out of Chicago, IL created by Hester & Waters, a Professional Law Corporation. The goals of the project are to build wealth in communities of color by reclaiming land, investing in land and maximizing family assets; raising the public consciousness of this issues; educating minorities on the importance of land ownership and estate planning. ROSA has worked with over 100 families thus far and is excited to expand services into the St. Louis Metro and Indianapolis Metro areas.
