  • About Us

EdLabs was established in 2008 to apply rigorous, scientific methods to develop innovations in education. EdLabs is singularly focused on vetting education reform options and designing scalable solutions for low-performing schools. Conventional wisdom over the last half century has failed, and repeated efforts to close the achievement gap have proven unsuccessful. However, the urgency is real—education drives life outcomes, and when educational achievement is accounted for, it drastically reduces racial and socioeconomic gaps across a wide range of life outcomes.
