    Hands For Africa's mandate is to restore lost hope to survivors of the civil wars in African countries and to develop and implement programs that foster self-reliance by directly engaging these survivors and their communities to provide artificial limbs for Amputees, to provide wells for water, to support agriculture development, to provide education, to provide health education, to provide micro finance for trade and housing through community construction.
