About Us
Trinity Hospice is a small and growing hospice based in Worcester, MA that provides hospice services within Worcester and surrounding communities. Trinity is dedicated to improving the quality of life through compassionate care for individuals and families facing an end-of-life illness. Our staff of highly qualified physicians, nurses, certified home health aides, social workers, clergy, and volunteers work in partnership with the patient, family, and their personal physician to make the final period of life comfortable and peaceful.
