  • About Us

The Health Care Transformation Task Force is an industry consortium that brings together providers, plans, purchasers and patient groups committed to transforming the U.S. health care delivery system to one that incentivizes and rewards the value of health care received over volume of services provided. The Task Force advances the goals and objectives of value-based payment through a variety of means, manages multiples forums for members to share learnings about value-based payment and care delivery, and advocates for meaningful federal policies to support value-based transformation.
