  • About Us

The Pace Encore Transition Program seeks to use the talent and experience of adults in midlife and beyond as a resource to build nonprofit capacity by helping to prepare them for work in the nonprofit sector. The program assists adults to transition from primary careers to encore careers  --  full-time or part-time jobs, projects and fellowships that are paid or volunteer and  that leverage their skills and knowledge in activities in the community that are personally fulfilling, have social purpose, and allow for a balanced and productive encore stage of life.
