About Us
The International Security Sector Advisory Team (ISSAT) is an intergral part of the Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF). ISSAT aims to build the capacity of its bilateral and multilateral members in the field of security sector reform (SSR).
ISSAT achieves this goal through the provision of four core services: 1. Advisory field support 2. Training and capacity development programmes 3. Operational Guidance Notes 4. Knowledge Services
