    The Law Project (formerly known as the Community Economic Development Law Project) is a program of the Chicago Lawyers’ Committee For Civil Rights. Founded in 1985, TLP provides transactional pro bono legal representation to nonprofit organizations involved in community development, affordable housing and social services. In addition, pro bono representation is provided to low-income entrepreneurs and first time home buyers.
