The Clearwater Housing Authority (CHA) is a quasi-municipal corporation under Florida Statute 421 that works in partnership with governmental organizations and private industry to fulfill our mission of enhancing the lives of those we serve by creating innovative communities, providing dignified environments and nurturing self-sufficiency. Our organizational culture promotes courage, commitment, customer service, integrity, respect, professionalism, and proactiveness. We are a business with a social conscience.
