    SNAP-Ed is a Cooperative Extension Program aimed at improving nutrition and increasing physical activity among SNAP eligible audiences. This is accomplished via education provided by community-based projects. The Network is a collaborative of state agencies, private industries, and community-based, non-profit, health, trade, and faith based organizations that work cooperatively to ensure nutrition education for SNAP families and individuals.
