Description

Serves as the Foundation’s social media and graphic design specialist. Manages the Foundation’s social media accounts, including graphic design, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting on KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Works with Directors of Creative Content & Marketing to implement social media strategy.

• Creates all social media graphics (approximately 30 to 40 per month).

• Implements and maintains a style guide for all social media content consistent with the Foundation’s brand.

• Manages day-to-day operations of the Foundation’s social media, including monitoring responses to posts, monitoring hashtags, as well as engaging with outside posts by liking or sharing.

• Attends Foundation program events, taking photos to produce live social media content.

• Evaluates, recommends and implements new features, software and technologies to enhance Foundation social media presence.

• Assists Director of Creative Content in developing content for social media, including researching relevant filler campaigns.

• Assists Director of Marketing in creating and coordinating emails through Constant Contact including maintenance of lists.

• Works on design projects as needed, creating flyers, invitations, brochures, postcards, marketing

materials, etc.

Skills and Requirements:

• 5 years experience demonstrating substantial level of the knowledge, skills and abilities listed above.

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Experience implementing digital communication strategies and campaigns using tools such as Buffer across social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.

• Possess a high level of competency with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator and other graphic design tools to create effective web and social media graphics.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365.

• Strong copywriting skills.

• Detail oriented with excellent project and time management skills.
