    The Brookline Center’s School-Based Telebehavioral Health (SBTBH) team is expanding its statewide presence in delivering behavioral health services (mental health and substance use). The team is seeking to hire an Implementation and Operations Specialist, as we recognize the importance of ensuring the visibility and accessibility of these services in school settings.

    POSITION SUMMARY

    Reporting to the School-Based Telebehavioral Health Program Manager, this role's primary focus is to support program implementation and operations efforts, while leveraging expertise related to social determinants of health, understanding of the behavioral healthcare continuum, and appreciation of cultural nuances. In addition, the Implementation and Operations Specialist is expected to manage frequent collaboration with school-based partners and clinical providers to enhance onsite operations and offer mentorship to community health workers.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance enablement for TBH project partners
    • Promoting equity while contributing to program development and evaluation
    • Regular site capacity assessment and continuous improvement planning sessions
    • Collaborating with team members to employ an equity lens on all aspects of the SBTBH project
    • Building awareness of TBH pilot project amongst prospective, new, and existing community school, district and clinical service provider collaborations
    • Participating in and presenting at internal and external meetings to promote TBH
    • Engaging in efforts to break down barriers, address racism, bias and other forms of oppression

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

    • Project management experience with strong knowledge of end-to-end project cycles
    • Experience working with behavioral health professionals, school and district team members is highly preferred

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Working knowledge and understanding of core behavioral health concepts
    • Experience with business development and process improvement strategies
    • Strong teamwork and collaboration acumen
    • Demonstrated diversity, equity, and inclusion experience
    • Solid experience in collaborating with stakeholders from multiple organizations and systems
    • Driver’s license and access to an automobile for travel to schools, conferences, and communities served (mileage, tolls, and parking are reimbursed by the Brookline Center).
