    Description

    • This position requires 5 years of capital campaign experience.
    • Partners is a non-sectarian non profit. This position requires working with various faith traditions. A working knowledge of religions and how they are organized is helpful. Believing in a particular faith tradition is NOT a requirement.
    • Manage and conduct multiple capital campaigns simultaneously using Partners’ methods and standards.
    • Identify & steward clients through the “prospect” stage, pitching Partners approach to client leadership, write proposals and create presentations, and orient Partners’ staff involved in each project.
    • Conduct one-on-one Feasibility Study interviews with faith leaders, congregants, municipal leadership, foundation staff, neighbors, community leaders, business owners and other potential capital campaign stakeholders.
    • Collate and analyze interview results with independent research, drafting feasibility study reports. Identifying congregations ready to conduct a capital campaign.
