    The Arms Control Association (ACA) is seeking an experienced, organized, and mission-driven website and information manager for a part-time position in our Washington, D.C. office supporting the work and mission of our organization and meeting our education, outreach, and membership/development objectives.

    ACA is a national nonpartisan membership nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting public understanding of and support for effective arms control policies, with a primary focus on reducing and eliminating the threats posed by nuclear weapons, through policy and public education and advocacy.

    Responsibilities will include:

    • In coordination with ACA staff and external vendors, ensure that the ACA's extensive web site content is up to date, functioning effectively, and secure from cyberthreats.
    • Support the management of the organization’s constituent relationship database, EveryAction.
    • Provide recommendations on the organization’s communications and technology infrastructure budgets, communications tools, and vendor needs as requested.
    • Support online meetings, webinars, and events for the organization, and provide support to staff for events as requested.
    • Work with outside consultants to augment ACA communications/media outreach, and to provide IT infrastructure and security as requested.
    • Provide basic data on memberships, subscriptions, donations and contributor trends, including analytics and usage reports and recommendations on adjustments to better achieve agreed communications and development objectives.
    • Assist in the distribution of and coordination of electronic materials, including maintaining current and relevant databases, and monitor and evaluate interest and engagement with these materials.
    • Other tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • At least 3 years of previous work experience in maintaining a Drupal-based website, as well as Wordpress website familiarity, and experience with database content management (EveryAction preferred).
    • Familiarity with Crowdstrike and/or best practices in security software.
    • Ability to maintain technical, communications, and online informational tools (including Zoom, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365) and equipment.
    • Excellent organizational skills, adaptability, and a commitment to advancing ACA's mission.
    • Personable and engaging attitude to assist colleagues in person and remotely.

    Hours and Pay Rate: We anticipate that a qualified candidate would devote 20-28 hours per week (2.5 -1.5 days per week) as a part-time employee with a pay range of $48,000 - $55,000. Options for remote work may be feasible. Location in the Washington D.C. metro area is preferred.
