    Description

    Marin Promise Partnership seeks a detail-oriented development professional with excellent organizational, communication, and systems management skills and a passion for expanding educational opportunities for children in Marin. This person will spearhead implementation of a wide array of fund development activities including donor stewardship communications and database management and special events, and play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO to raise the annual budget of around $2.2 million. Under the direct supervision of the CEO, this person will work collaboratively to identify, secure and grow individual and institutional donor relationships. This role is intended for a proven development professional looking for an organization committed to their growth and long-term success as a fundraising leader in Marin’s nonprofit community. While designed as a full-time position, the role can be adapted to part-time for the right candidate.

    • We offer a flexible work schedule with opportunities to work in a hybrid workplace, with an average of 3 days in person and 2 days at home. This position also requires some flexibility in hours with some night / weekend work
    • We strive to be a learning organization, so we provide regular professional development opportunities as well as quarterly staff retreats
    • This position reports to Marin Promise Partnership’s CEO
