    Description

    Job Overview: The Program Coordinator leads operations and administration for GPB. This role includes managing day-to-day operations, producing three annual events, and assisting the ED in executing strategy and new initiatives across the organization. Day-to-day operations include managing and developing systems for the administrative aspects of the website, database, workshops, finance, and fundraising.

    Responsibilities:

    • Produce three global annual events working with a multicultural volunteer team around the world, recruiting volunteer facilitators and tech, managing the development of marketing materials, and running the event
    • Manage monthly workshops by communicating with volunteers, the marketing team, and updating the website, and managing the registration process
    • Manage the content on the GPB website: events, news, re-designs with the support of web developers
    • Work with the marketing team to develop creative new ways to market
    • Track donations and pledges, and send thank you letters to donors
    • Develop and manage the annual budget with the input of senior leadership
    • Track expenses and receipts and manage all payments
    • Collect and organize data for the organization including attendance to meetings and volunteer interest
    • Manage GPB’s CRM
    • Manage all GPB accounts: Zoom, Mailchimp, social media, etc.
    • Assist ED with special projects as needed

    Hours:

    15-20 hours per week, $25-27.50/hour based on experience

    Flexible schedule starting early September 2024

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
    • Flexible schedule
    • Desire to make the world a better place – passionate and innovative changemaker!
    • Strong Self Starter – able to identify problems and create solutions independently
    • Superior virtual event production skills and experience
    • Minimum of five years operations and administrative support experience
    • Experience working in a multicultural environment
    • Experience managing volunteers
    • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
    • Excellent skills in Google Suite: Workspace, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.
    • Experience with CRMs and database management 
    • Experience with bookkeeping and budget management
    • Experience with MailChimp, Eventbrite, and drag-and-drop website editors (will receive training)
    • Strong command of English. Multi-lingual a plus (Spanish, Bengali, Chinese, etc.) but not required
