Position Title: Operations Manager
Reports to: Executive Director
Supervises/Collaborates with: Box office staff and volunteer coordinator.
Salary: The starting salary will be $55,000 commensurate with experience. One week’s paid vacation after the first year as a full-time employee and two weeks' paid vacation after the second year.
Work Schedule: This position requires work during the weekend, holidays such as Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve, and some evenings.

Position Overview
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing both the technical and customer-oriented functions of The Plaza Cinema & Media Arts Center and is an ambassador for the organization.
You will provide overall leadership for box office operations, and ensure premium customer service and operating efficiency in high standards and a fast-paced environment. Customers include patrons, donors, members, board members, community leaders, collaborating partners, and colleagues.
The Operations Manager is responsible for weekly staffing; all aspects of film screenings including implementation of screening schedule, pickup, delivery, projection, Agile ticketing system; box office and related sales; monitoring/maintaining of building systems and projection equipment; custodial services, including the auditorium, lobby, concessions area, restrooms; and updating of marquee and film advertising boxes.
