Description

ABOUT NEXT ONE UP

Next One Up is a Baltimore-based nonprofit providing innovative, year-round, multi-year resources and opportunities to help young men forge a path to a brighter future. Next One Up offers academic,

athletic and social programming and early and consistent mentoring for students as they progress from middle school to high school and then set out on their post-secondary path. Next One Up’s long-term, relationship-based program delivery model achieves lasting impact for boys and young men in Baltimore.

After completing a successful capital campaign in 2023, Next One Up operates from a beautiful 14,000 square foot headquarters, Base Camp at Belvedere Square, which serves as the organization’s offices and one-of-a-kind recreational and learning center to support student athletes as they work to reach their full potential.

Next One Up is dedicated to creating a positive, open and collaborative team culture, committed to excellence and compassion. We strive to walk the walk of our mission in our work environment:

supporting each other; leading by example; and demonstrating empathy and care.
