By building connections, cultivating trust, and conducting collaborative research, PCGVR aims to inform and elevate journalistic practices and influence the programs and policies that will lead to a more nuanced, public health-focused approach to media reporting on gun violence – and, ultimately, fewer people harmed by gun violence.
