    Details: 40 hours per week, remote, preferably based in Baltimore

    Salary range: $40,000- $42,000 annual

    Position Objectives:  Facilitate efficient and consistent operations of the ISS-USA Repatriation Program by providing administrative program support. This includes handling waivers, reimbursements, data collection and retrieval, as well as providing statistical data.

    Qualifications:  ISS-USA seeks a flexible, energetic, creative, detail oriented individual. Candidate must have outstanding computer skills including expertise in all Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills are essential, along with a proven track record of managing administrative tasks in a professional setting. The ideal person will swiftly grasp program operations, demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A willingness to contribute across various tasks is crucial.

    Associate’s degree with 2-3 year of administrative experience, is required. Demonstrated administrative experience may be substituted for baseline educational requirements. Experience with databases is preferred.

    Responsibilities:

    Administrative Duties:

    1. Process and review all repatriation reimbursement invoices, including DOS Fare Share invoices and program related internal credit card transactions; track data and information in appropriate data files, provide detail findings of omissions, non-compliance, and discrepancies, make recommendations for payment, and create reimbursement packets for internal review and submission to OHSEPR.
    2. Process address requests submitted by the Department of State.
    3. Receive, log, respond, and process repatriate requests and inquires for debt waiver
    4. Refer, track, and process l appropriate repatriate debt to the Program Support Center; update and include financial transactions, debt referrals, waiver referrals to repatriate electronic files.
    5. Complete summaries for waiver requests from Repatriates, organize and maintain file information.
    6. Regularly assist with requests from Program Support Center (PSC), Office of Human Services and Emergency Preparedness Response (OHSEPR), and other agencies as required.
    7. Maintain electronic files with detailed instructions of how to perform all tasks/duties and responsibilities.
    8. Conduct tasks within the office, such as handling mail processing and fulfilling bank deposit as required.

    Data and Reporting Duties:

    1. Ensure reimbursement and collection data is entered correctly in the program database to maintain the integrity and validity of statistical information.
    2. Expand and regularly update current data entry manuals
    3. Perform all other tasks as assigned.
