Membership Financial Analyst

Come join our team as the TNC Membership Financial Analyst where you will use your talents and know-how to advance our conservation objectives around the globe by supporting a department of experienced direct response fundraisers who generate $106 million+ annually in membership donations that fund the work critical to saving ecosystems threatened by climate change. You’ll have the opportunity to support marketers working in all channels of fundraising – direct mail, telemarketing, email, social, face-to-face, and emerging digital media and direct response channels; developing a diverse set of skills while gaining experience working across the breadth of the fundraising environment. WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field and 4 years' related experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Experience using accounting and financial reporting systems.
• Experience designing and generating reports
• Experience analyzing and interpreting data.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams. 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Multi-lingual skills and/or multi-cultural experience appreciated. 
• Ability to work in partnership with others in a collaborative or advisory role. 
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present and report out on complex data.
• Experience developing, managing, and implementing goals, plans, and complex processes.
• Experience in manipulating, analyzing and interpreting data.  
• Advanced expertise, including complex pivot tables and advanced formulas, in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Experience with non-profit accounting 
• Experience with direct response marketing revenue and expense analysis
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Superior planning and problem-solving skills.

SALARY INFORMATION

The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $73,400 – $108,100 for annual base salary. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate’s actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
