Offer: Non-paid Internship
Dates: Ideally from September 2024 but we are flexible.
Period: Minimum 3 months
Location: Agrigento in Sicily.
Requirement: Be eligible for the Erasmus program.
The tasks:
- HR Strategy
- Recruitment
- Employee Relations
- Organizational Development
- Change Management
You will gain hands on experience in back office management including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and supporting daily administrative tasks. These are all vital operations to keep an organization running smoothly.
The ideal candidates:
- You have a good knowledge of English and communication,
- You like to work in team
