    The Choice is excited to partner with a leading Washington, D.C. association that serves architects, engineers, and construction professionals. This organization is on the forefront in transforming architecture through education, certification, and valuable industry resources. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join their team in a hybrid role, based near the White House, with in-office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • At least five years of relevant experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
    • Experience with learning management systems and project management software (Monday.com). Our client uses Cadmium Elevate LMS and Monday.com, experience with specific software is not required.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

    Role Summary:

    The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of a wide array of educational programs, both in-person and virtual. Responsibilities include scheduling speakers, managing logistics, and ensuring programs run smoothly, reflecting our commitment to excellent customer service.

    Daily Tasks Include:

    • Managing the association’s learning management system (LMS).
    • Acting as a liaison to instructors, coordinating trainings, and communicating logistics.
    • Organizing program materials and maintaining an up-to-date schedule of classes.
    • Collaborating with the communications team to manage webinars and ensure website accuracy.
    • Overseeing continuing education program approvals and attendee transcripts.
    • Serving as a point of contact for third-party vendors.
