Exhibiting at the Idealist Grad School Fair in New York City
Below you'll find venue-specific information for the upcoming fair. If you aren't yet registered as an exhibitor, you can review details and purchase an exhibitor booth here.
Date: Wednesday, October 9, 2024
Time: 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Location: Metropolitan Pavilion (125 W 18th St, New York, NY 10011)
Exhibitors are encouraged to arrive at the venue at 3:30 p.m. This allows for ample time to set up your booth and grab a light refreshment before attendees begin arriving at 5:00 p.m.
Tips for Exhibitors
Pack Light
Don't worry about bringing too much swag. Pack your latest materials and anything you may need for a booth, like a tablecloth or standing banner.
Capture Attendee Info
Collect attendee information using a mobile device and contact cards, or by generating a QR code so prospective students can keep in touch.
Reserve Accommodation Early
Idealist does not have any hotel room blocks, so be sure to plan ahead by booking your room as early as possible.
Shipping
*Neither Idealist nor the host venue are responsible for lost packages. We strongly recommend bringing materials with you to the fair, as packages often arrive late!
If you choose to ship materials ahead of time to the fair, packages may arrive no earlier than Monday, October 7th. Any shipments that arrive before this date will be refused. To ensure that your package is sorted properly, you must attach the label linked below.
Please plan to pack up and take all materials with you at the end of the fair. You won’t be able to ship your materials from the venue.
WiFi
WiFi is available free of charge. Login instructions will be provided at the event.
Power
Power outlets will not be available at the exhibitor booths. Please plan accordingly.
Parking
We recommend utilizing public transportation or ride-sharing services for drop off and pick up at the entrance of the fair venue.
