Federal Public Defender, Northern District of Texas

The Federal Public Defenders office represents indigent people charged with a crime in federal court in the Northern District of Texas. We represent clients at all stages of federal court proceedings. Our trial and appellate lawyers have successfully represented clients at levels ranging from federal magistrate court, federal district court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, to the United States Supreme Court.

We also employ extremely talented paralegals, legal assistants, investigators, administrative staff, and IT support persons. Teamwork is critical to our operation.
