  • About Us

The County of San Diego Anchor Team was developed in collaboration with The Adult Protective Services (APS) Program of Aging & Independence Services (AIS), Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) to provide support and assistance to clients currently engaged with APS.

The Anchor Team is a multi-disciplinary, and collaborative case management model to support the safety, well-being, and self-agency of older and dependent adults who have been victims of abuse, neglect or exploitation throughout San Diego County. The Anchor Team is comprised of trauma-informed staff who provide services to victims and their families with the goal towards victim stabilization and reduction of future incidents of abuse.
