About Us
The Everett Program is a social innovation
lab at the University of California Santa Cruz that works with
communities all across the globe, applying creativity and technology to
address urgent social and environmental problems. Under the direction of
Director and Professor Chris Benner, the program uses social enterprise
principles, working with undergraduate and graduate students and
faculty, to create innovative social justice and sustainability projects
in partnership with nonprofits and NGOs locally and abroad.
