About Us
The Office of Transportation, Infrastructure, and Sustainability (OTIS) drives change through Philadelphia’s transportation and infrastructure systems. We lead a group of departments and divisions that includes the:
- Office of Complete Streets, which manages many initiatives of the City’s Complete Streets program.
- Department of Streets.
- Office of Sustainability.
- Philadelphia Water Department.
We also work with local and national organizations to advance the City’s interests. Through our policies and programs, we provide cost-effective, quality services with a focus on residents.
