    The Office of Student Enrollment (OSE) manages pre-kindergarten through grade 12 admissions, enrollment, and transfers for all students (except D75, D79 and charters). The team oversees policy and processes for citywide gifted & talented programs, pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, and high school admissions, the NCLB public school choice transfer process, and district-based middle school choice. OSE has 14 field offices, in addition to the central office.
