Our district includes the towns of Carmel, Kent, Patterson and Southeast, and the village of Brewster in Putnam County; the town of Stony Point in Rockland County; and the city of Peekskill, the towns of Bedford, Cortlandt, Lewisboro, New Castle, North Salem, Somers and Yorktown, the town/village of Ossining, the town/village of Mount Kisco, and the villages of Briarcliff Manor, Buchanan and Croton-on-Hudson in Westchester County.
Senator Harckham serves as the Chair of the Committee on Environmental Conservation. He is the co-Chair of the Joint Senate Task Force on Opioids, Addiction & Overdose Prevention. Additionally, he serves as a member on the following committees: Alcoholism and Substance Abuse, Local Government, Codes, Insurance, Transportation, and Veterans, Homeland Security and Military Affairs.
