Project Kealahou

Honolulu, HI

  • About Us

Project Kealahou, meaning "the new pathway" in the Hawaiian language, is a family-driven, youth-guided, culturally, and trauma-informed system of care serving adolescent girls.

Project Kealahou will build on the existing interagency partnerships with child serving agencies and its statewide family organizations, as well as add components to the current system, which will result in opportunities to change life trajectories of girls who have been traumatized.

Project Kealahou is a Cooperative Agreement with SAMHSA. Project Kealahou is directly supported by Hawaii's Department of Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Division
