About Us
The Madison County Clerk's Office has two offices, our main branch in the Madison County Courthouse, Richmond and our Berea Office located in Berea City Hall.
The staff, led under the direction of Clerk Kenny Barger, processes motor vehicle registrations, oversees the voter registration and elections, files documents including deeds, bonds and notaries, marriage applications, passports, hunting and fishing licenses and delinquent property tax.
Our mission is to be the most cost-efficient and customer focused clerk's office in the state of Kentucky.
