    The Mayor's Office on Latino Affairs (OLA) was established in 1976 to serve as a liaison between the DC Government and the city's Latino community (http://ola.dc.gov). Today OLA reaches thousands through its community-based grants program, advocacy, community relations and outreach services targeted at D.C. Latino residents to ensure accessibility to a full range of health, education, housing, economic development and employment services.
