Commonwealth Corporation is a quasi-public organization that designs and executes youth development and workforce readiness programs in partnership with businesses, educators, and providers across the state. We strengthen the skills of Massachusetts youth and adults by investing in innovative partnerships. We seek to meet the immediate and emerging workforce needs of businesses and workers so they can thrive in our dynamic economy.
Our Youth Pathways division works to create multiple pathways that meet the needs of young people who are disconnected from education and employment while also meeting the needs of businesses. Because work experience is critically important for their long-term success, we work to expand job opportunities for all young people.
