About Us
The Randolph County Housing Authority (RCHA) is a non-traditional housing authority. For over 25 years, the RCHA has worked to secure the housing needs of those throughout Randolph, Tucker, Upshur, Lewis, Barbour, and Pendleton counties.
Our Mission
- Making good rental housing affordable
- Promoting home ownership
- Constructing well-built, affordable homes
- Developing the leadership and job skills of youth
- Participate in community development efforts
The Healthy Home Program provides a Care Coordinator and Wellness Nurse at each home site who work with participants on a range of goals they set in order to maintain or improve their quality of life, live safely in their homes, and avoid costly and traumatic emergency and institutional care.
