    The Everett Housing Authority was chartered in October 1942 as a municipal corporation to provide low income housing and leads the community in developing and providing safe and affordable quality housing for Everett’s diverse low income families. We value our clients, our professional and dedicated staff and our community partners.

    The Everett Housing Authority owns, operates and maintains 1305 units of housing for seniors, disabled/handicapped and low-income families within the City of Everett. The Authority provides housing assistance subsidy payments for 2872 seniors and families who rent private sector homes under the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program.
