  • About Us

The Board of Supervisors is the legislative branch of the City and County of San Francisco. Supervisors are elected by district to fouryear terms. Our office represents the Central Sunset, Outer Sunset, Parkside, Outer Parkside, and Pine Lake Park neighborhoods. In addition to developing policy for the entire City, the members of the Board of Supervisors also help residents in their communities address many issues, including those related to public safety, transportation, schools, parks, and more. With all of these responsibilities, our interns help us achieve the level of efficiency that is necessary to serve our district and the City and County of San Francisco.
