The Child Family Research Institute (CFRI) at The University of Texas at Austin is a partnership between researchers committed to producing quality research to guide policy and social work practice aimed at assisting children and families. The institute is led by a team of esteemed associates whose goal is to successfully execute current and ongoing research projects that will benefit the well-being of child welfare and family security. Our associates are continually coordinating with faculty and research affiliates to develop work groups on new subtopics. CFRI is located within the The University of Texas at Austin School of Social Work.
