RDA is a mission-driven, employee-owned, majority women-managed social purpose corporation. Our headquarters are in Oakland, CA. RDA operates across the United States, working to help government departments and agencies, foundations, Community Based Organizations, and non-profits to best meet the needs of the communities that they serve.
