Dr. Melva Tate:

Dr. Melva Tate, as the President/CEO, is a Human Capital Strategist, best-selling author, credible activist, serial entrepreneur, and networking "Diva." With a background in organizational effectiveness, she holds a B.S. in Human Resource Management,  Executive MBA, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration & Entrepreneurship.  She is a Certified Life Coach (CLC), Certified DiSC Assessment Facilitator and Trainer, Certified Artificial Intelligence Consultant, and holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification.

Dr. Melva Tate is not only involved in leading Tate & Associates but is also a feature writer and contributor to leading newspapers and magazines, including HR Magazine, Black Enterprise Magazine, and the Birmingham Business Journal. Her contributions cover issues related to careers, leadership, strategic initiatives, diversity, workforce development, and human resources.
