SHIFT Consulting

SHIFT is a racial and gender justice consulting group, founded by three women of color: Natalie Bui, Kausar Mohammed, and Veline Mojarro. SHIFT’s mission is to shift a culture of complacency by mobilizing each individual and collective into action. Founded in 2017 at the height of the #metoo movement, they came together to address major cultural shifts in the world and how they impact our institutions, workplaces, relationships, and ourselves. Through compassionate accountability, SHIFT roots their work in racial, gender, and social justice from a background of activism, organizing, arts, and academics. They design and provide modern, culturally relevant, sustainable practices for sexual harassment prevention and racial equity and is committed to take Justice, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (JDEI) work deeper and beyond traditional implicit bias training, SHIFT envision a world that is rooted in building power for marginalized communities, radical reimagining, community care, and our collective liberation for transformative change.
