We’re veterans of the White House, of presidential campaigns, governors' offices, and Capitol Hill. We are authors and commentators, teachers and journalists, historians and activists. All of this finds expression in our writing. We specialize in the development, expression, and amplification of ideas in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors–helping good ideas get heard, good organizations lead meaningful change, and good people make a difference in the world.
In 2023, we became employee-owned. This transfer of ownership reflects our people-centered values and culture and our team-driven, outcome-oriented approach.
