    The Brown Bike Girl is the prioneer of bicycling advocacy consulting. The organization exists to increase Black and brown people's access to the benefits of cycling. Headed by an experienced WOC group ride, cycling instructor, and commuity organizer, The Brown Bike Girl aided predominantly white or white-led cycling organizations execute truly equitable initiatives by partnering as a thought partner and teacher regarding internal organizational culture, DEIA, and developing strategies for BIPOC community empowerment.
