Grace + Ivory, founded by a once-frustrated bride, is built on the belief that kickass womxn deserve a better bridal experience via try-at-home dresses that offer made-to-measure, customizable, and affordable wedding dresses. We are the try-at-home destination for wedding dresses, and brides order gown samples to their door directly from our website. Brides can order a sample to their home to try, return, and then order their own wedding dress. We work directly with our production team to provide high quality dresses at direct-to-consumer prices where every dress benefits women’s programs. We’ve created, continue to refine, and aim to grow a socially conscious, bride-driven experience. We have a successful try-at-home program through a bride receiving their made-to-measure dress via an established workflow and process. Tina Wong is the Founder and after working for foreign aid non-profits in DC, she took the leap to fulfill her passion for business done better and launched this social enterprise. She lived in China for four years, which is where she got to develop relationships with the talented team of women who create our gorgeous dresses. Tina believes that social enterprise is the future of good business and is the way forward to address community social issues and is specifically an advocate for women’s rights and needs. Our 10-year vision is to create and curate an umbrella bridal brand under Grace + Ivory, where we can support other small bridal designers (including women and people of color) via our online try-at-home platform. For example, a bride in Seattle can try a local Chicago designer’s dress via our try-at-home program – we help leverage their reach nationwide. We are inspired by, dedicated to, and benefiting modern women.
